Welcome to Medifix, Inc. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Medifix, Inc. Medifix, Inc. operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Medifix, Inc. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information regarding your legal rights, limitations of liability, and warranty disclaimers.
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

You may not transfer, sell, assign, or sublicense your account to any other party.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Medifix provides medical equipment service, repair, refurbishment, and equipment sales. While we make reasonable efforts to accurately describe products and services, specifications, images, and descriptions may vary due to device display settings, availability, or condition (particularly for refurbished or pre-owned equipment).
All services and products are provided subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Medifix does not guarantee that any product or service will meet a specific clinical, operational, or financial expectation beyond what is expressly stated in writing.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND QUOTES
Submitting a quote request or placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Medifix reserves the right to accept, reject, or modify any order at its discretion.
Orders are not considered accepted until confirmed by Medifix. Payment must be received and processed prior to acceptance. Once an order is accepted, cancellation may not be possible.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are governed solely by Medifix’s applicable return or service policies, if any.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties, or handling unless expressly stated.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Medifix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer of goods to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and design elements, is owned by Medifix, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent from Medifix.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
The Services may include tools or features provided by third parties. These tools are provided “as is” without warranties or endorsements. Medifix is not responsible for any issues arising from their use.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. Medifix is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites accessed at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Medifix, Inc. is powered by Shopify. However, all transactions are solely between you and Medifix. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions, services, or equipment provided by Medifix.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your interactions with Medifix.
SECTION 10 – FEEDBACK
Any feedback, suggestions, or submissions you provide may be used by Medifix without restriction or compensation. You represent that you have the rights to submit such feedback.
SECTION 11 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Medifix may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
