Partner Programs
Choose the partnership path that fits your business.
Every relationship is structured individually. Select the closest fit below to see how Medifix can support your customers, service model, and commercial goals.
Primary Partner Path
Expand your service offering without building every repair capability in-house.
Medical equipment dealers and distributors can add endoscope repair, surgical equipment service, equipment sourcing, and trade-in support to the customer relationships they already manage. Medifix can operate behind your organization or alongside your team, depending on the account.
Dealer PricingStructured pricing that allows qualified partners to manage resale and margin.
Coordinated Account SupportTechnical, quoting, logistics, and service support without removing you from the relationship.
Equipment Lifecycle SolutionsRepair, replacement, sourcing, trade-in, and pre-owned equipment options through one resource.
Manufacturer Partnerships
Build a dependable service and support channel around your equipment.
Manufacturers entering new markets or expanding an installed base may need experienced repair infrastructure, technical intake, field coordination, warranty support, replacement options, or a qualified U.S. service partner. Medifix can develop a program around the equipment, customer base, and service standard required.
Authorized or Contract ServiceDefined repair coverage, documentation, communication, and quality requirements.
Aftermarket SupportService continuity for legacy, discontinued, or specialized medical equipment.
Market & Dealer SupportTechnical resources for distributors, sales teams, and healthcare customers.
Service Company Support
Extend specialty repair coverage while protecting your customer relationship.
Biomedical service companies, ISOs, surgical instrument repair firms, and regional service providers can use Medifix for equipment categories outside their current bench capabilities, overflow volume, or specialized endoscope and perioperative repairs.
White-Label RepairQualified programs can preserve your branding, pricing, and customer-facing role.
Overflow CapacityMaintain turnaround and service continuity when internal volume or geography becomes a constraint.
Independent Sales Representation
Bring a broader repair and equipment solution to the accounts you already serve.
Independent medical sales representatives can introduce Medifix services within established hospital, ASC, clinic, OR, SPD, endoscopy, and biomed relationships. Medifix handles the technical evaluation, quote, logistics, and service coordination while the representative remains involved with the account.
Commission StructureCompensation and account ownership are defined before opportunities move forward.
Technical BackupDirect support for equipment identification, service recommendations, and customer questions.
Territory FlexibilityPrograms may be aligned around geography, specialty, account base, or market coverage.
Strategic Collaboration
Turn repair, replacement, and equipment opportunities into a structured partnership.
Equipment brokers, consultants, asset disposition companies, healthcare vendors, purchasing specialists, and other industry organizations often encounter needs that fall outside their core offering. Medifix can support the opportunity through referral, coordinated service, sourcing, or account-specific arrangements.
Referral ArrangementsA clear structure for qualified introductions and converted opportunities.
Project-Based SupportRepair, sourcing, replacement, or trade-in support for a specific customer need.
Custom ProgramsCommercial and communication terms built around the partner’s role and customer relationship.
How Medifix Supports the Partnership

Who can become a Medifix partner?
Medifix considers medical equipment dealers, distributors, manufacturers, independent sales representatives, biomedical service companies, ISOs, repair firms, equipment brokers, consultants, asset disposition companies, and other healthcare organizations with relevant customers or capabilities.
How are dealer and distributor partnerships structured?
Programs may use dealer pricing, resale margin, referral compensation, coordinated account support, or account-specific service agreements. The structure depends on who owns the customer relationship and who manages quoting, billing, communication, and logistics.
Does Medifix work with medical device manufacturers?
Yes. Manufacturer programs may include contract service, aftermarket support, warranty or non-warranty repair, technical intake, distributor support, legacy equipment service, or a broader U.S. service infrastructure arrangement.
Is white-label or subcontracted repair available?
Qualified dealers, distributors, biomed providers, and service companies may be eligible for white-label or subcontracted repair. Branding, documentation, customer communication, pricing, and service responsibilities are agreed upon before equipment is submitted.
Will Medifix contact my customers directly?
Not without a defined reason and agreed process. Customer ownership and communication roles are established before work begins so the partnership supports rather than disrupts the existing relationship.
Are territories or accounts exclusive?
Exclusivity is not automatic. Territory or account protection may be considered based on the partnership model, opportunity volume, activity, performance, existing relationships, and Medifix service commitments.
Is there a minimum volume requirement?
Not for every partnership. Some programs can begin with a single qualified opportunity, while formal dealer, white-label, manufacturer, or territory arrangements may require expected volume or defined performance standards.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Medifix reviews your company, customer base, territory, and intended working model. A team member will follow up to discuss fit, clarify responsibilities, and determine whether a formal partner structure makes sense.
